NNU offers all benefit eligible employees self-management of their benefits!

Northwest Nazarene University uses Zenefits to manage all of our Health, Dental, Vision, and Flexible Spending Medical and Dependent Accounts. To go directly to the Zenefits log-in page click the button below. Your initial Zenefits's log-in credentials are sent to you via email from Zenefits. After your initial log-in you may select your own Zenefits username and password. It is important that employees keep their contact information in Zenefits current.

Zenefits Support can be reached via email at support@zenefits.com. You may email a specific questions or request that a Zenefits Specialist call you at a specific number and time that is convenient for you. Zenefits Support is staffed from 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. If you require immediate help regarding your insurance you may call Zenefits toll-free at 1-855-539-9694.

SHIBA - Senior Health Insurance Benefits Advisors

SHIBA is a program of the Idaho Department of Insurance and part of the national network of State Health Insurance Assistance Programs. SHIBA is funded by the Administration for Community Living (ACL) and the State of Idaho. SHIBA supports and trains a network of certified counselors who assist Medicae recipients in their Idaho communities and all their counselors have no connection to any insurance company, product or agent.
