Northwest Nazarene University offers Health, Dental, Vision, and Flexible Spending Medical and Dependent Accounts as well as a Health Savings Account which are all administered through Human Resources.
Each year during Open Enrollment you have the opportunity to make changes to your enrolled benefits.
If you experience a Qualifying Event (QE) during the year a 30-day window opens allowing you to make changes to your benefits outside of the annual open enrollment period. QE changes will need to be made directly with Human Resources. Examples of a QE include marriage, birth of a child, adoption of a child, involuntary loss of other group coverage, etc.

SHIBA - Senior Health Insurance Benefits Advisors
SHIBA is a program of the Idaho Department of Insurance and part of the national network of State Health Insurance Assistance Programs. SHIBA is funded by the Administration for Community Living (ACL) and the State of Idaho. SHIBA supports and trains a network of certified counselors who assist Medicae recipients in their Idaho communities and all their counselors have no connection to any insurance company, product or agent.
