Health, Dental and Vision Coverage—2018-19


Northwest Nazarene University offers Health, Dental, Vision, and Flexible Spending Medical and Dependent Accounts as well as a Health Savings Account which are all administered through Human Resources.

Each year during Open Enrollment you have the opportunity to make changes to your enrolled benefits.

Qualifying Event
If you experience a Qualifying Event (QE) during the year a 30-day window opens allowing you to make changes to your benefits outside of the annual open enrollment period. QE changes will need to be made directly with Human Resources. Examples of a QE include marriage, birth of a child, adoption of a child, involuntary loss of other group coverage, etc.
